What materials are used in your handmade jewellery?

Our handmade jewellery is crafted using high-quality materials, including sterling silver, gold, gemstones, and beads. Each piece is designed to ensure durability and showcase a unique aesthetic. You can find detailed information about the materials used for each item in its product description.
If I order a Made to Order piece with Express Shipping, will my order arrive faster?

The Express Shipping option refers to the shipping method used by the carrier once the order is ready for dispatch. Made to Order pieces still require 4–6 weeks for crafting, but every effort is made to complete and send orders as quickly as possible.
I have ordered a Made to Order Piece and a Ready Made Piece, when will I receive my order?

If you order both a Made to Order piece and a Ready Made piece, your order will be shipped together once the Made to Order piece is complete. However, if you'd like the Ready Made piece sent separately, please email me with your request, and I'll be happy to arrange it for you. Additional shipping fees may apply for separate shipments. Can I place a Custom Order

Currently, The Delicate Gypsy is not accepting custom orders. However, if there is an item in the shop that you would like a slight change to, assistance may be possible. Please feel free to contact for any inquiries.
Do you offer gift wrapping and packaging?

All items from The Delicate Gypsy will arrive beautifully packaged, whether for personal use or as a gift.
How do I clean my Jewellery?

The Delicate Gypsy provides some small information with each purchase on how to care for your jewelry. As each piece is unique, however if you have any questions please feel free to contact for any inquiries.
