Shipping Policy

At The Delicate Gypsy, we offer a flat rate of AU$10.00 for standard delivery with Australia Post for all parcels within Australia. Every order comes with a tracking number for your convenience.

  • Free Domestic Shipping: Orders over AU$500 within Australia receive free shipping.

  • International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. A signature on delivery is required for all international orders to ensure secure receipt of your unique handcrafted jewellery.

  • Custom International Shipping: If the shipping cost at checkout doesn’t seem right, please get in touch—I’m happy to check it based on your location and order.

While I take great care in packaging your jewellery, I’m not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. If you'd like to purchase insurance for extra peace of mind, feel free to contact me.

Return & Exchange Policy

As each piece is lovingly handcrafted, all sales are final, and I do not offer refunds for change of mind. As a small business, this helps me continue creating bespoke jewellery with care. However, your satisfaction means the world to me—if you have any concerns with your order, please reach out so we can find a solution together.

  • Exchanges: While refunds aren’t available, I may be able to offer an exchange for another piece (excluding custom orders and earrings).

  • Custom Orders & Earrings: Due to their personalised nature and for hygiene reasons, these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Repairs: If your jewellery requires a repair, please contact me. If I’m able to repair it, you can post it to me, and I’ll cover the return postage once it’s fixed.
